Lafayette Hotel

The Lafayette Hotel is a historic property that we have taken on with Consortium Holdings over the last three years. Throughout the nine month renovation, we completed 139 Rooms, three restaurants, and four bars. Now, the Lafayette is known for its vibrant designs and attention to detail.

Now Open

Four Eyez acquired the old Primavera Restaurant building in the 900th block of Orange Avenue in 2023. The new tenant, J.T. Prime, will be opening the restaurant in January of 2024.

Under Construction, Coming January 2024

We began construction in September 2023 with Consortium Holdings to do a complete renovation of the La Avenida Inn, including an Oyster Bar, Coffee Bar, and pool. The project is scheduled to be completed in June 2024.
